Zero stars! This hotel is terrible the carpets are dirty, stained up and stink. The entire hotel is dirty and stinks. That's not even the worst part the staff is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Actually beyond rude. We booked online and the booking agency did not send the booking and they came to our room pounding on the door and yelling and screaming at us. They told us we had 15 minutes to figure it out or pay again otherwise they were calling the cops. Then Even though I had sent them my serive dog paperwork they threatened to kick us out because of my dog being aggressive. Which they said was because when we were not at the hotel our they tried to come into our room and my dog barked at them which any dog would do when a strange man is trying to enter their home. Not to mention they shouldn't be trying to come into our room when we are not there in the first place. They constantly are rude and anytime they come to us with some issue they have which at any other hotel wouldn't be an issue they start yelling very loudly right away. The manager her husband who is the maintenance man are the reason this hotel is looks and smells like trash it's a reflection of management and sadly the owners. So to whoever owns this place you really need to check into what's going on there. I've been trying to find the owners to speak to someone who isn't rude but am having trouble finding the owner I see why apparently they are ashamed to claim this terrible place.
