909 s Sunshine This was the worst rental experience ever! The parking lot gates doesn’t close even though they rent it as gated I also incurred building fees that was not even talked about until I signed the lease.The on site manager(maricela) constantly throws personal parties taking up all the street parking and inconveniencing tenants when they have to do laundry, you have to go literally through crowds of people any communication you will quickly get confronted with rudeness, very low class.
