absoult worst contractor ever!!!! Do not use con-artist

Ocean City property owners thinking about repairs to their property might consider my experience. In April 2013, I engaged Joshua Nichols of Parsonsburg, Md. d.b.a. Joshua House Enterprises, to repair a wooden fence on my property at 401 Bering Road, Ocean City, Md. At his request, I advanced him $1,000.00 for materials. Does he treat all of his customers this badly, or just people he thinks are older and vulnerable? I just turned 90, and think that whether he pulls this scam on seniors or anyone, he does NOT earn your business. Except for placing several ill-fitting plastic lattice panels, today, one year later, the fence repair has not been completed nor has my money been returned. I have made several phone calls requesting info on his progress. All I received were excuses why he had not completed the job. Anyway, good luck with your repairs. Ed Jaskiewicz
