This charlatan gave us a price for preparing architectural drawings for our recently purchased building. However, she is NOT a licensed architect. When we asked her if she could get the drawings wet stamped so that the city of Dana Point (or any city, for that matter), would approve them, she said affirmative, she has an architect 'friend' who will wet stamp all her work. Unbeknownst to us, she lied and is an unqualified rip off artist! As the project went along, she missed deadline after deadline and her work had so many errors that had to be redone it was incredibly poor, and so we became very suspicious. (We found out later that NO one in their right mind would put their license on the line to sign somebody else's work, especially her shoddy work!) So we stopped all payments to her and told her that we would pay no more until the work was complete and signed! We were very suspicious. We then asked her if she would still be able to get the work signed by her architect friend. She replied sadly no, her friend had somehow mysteriously 'moved away' so now WE would have to find someone to sign them So after all of her delays, after all the money we paid her, we had to start over with a new architect And pay him from scratch. Don't let this charlatan of a woman do ANY work for you. She will essentially rip you off like she did to us!!
