I took a jet ski in for repair back in June , First Jeff said it would be about three weeks. When I called to check his wife said he hadn't started on it so I went to pick it up. When I got there he said he had started on it and ordered a part(even though I requested an estimate first). I checked back in Aug he said parts were delayed. In late Sept I call he said he got the part and would have in about a week. That didn't happen, every time I called they would say check back next week. Now its end of Oct. and I told him I was worried about it freezing as it had not been winterized,, he sId he would take care of that too .The last time I spoke on the phone with them his wife answered said it wasn't done and hung up on me and when I called back to tell them I just wanted to pick it up they wouldn't answer the phone. I called every week and they refused to answer my calls. Finally I use a vacation day to go In person to pick it up because he was unreachable. He was very rude and admitted he was ignoring my calls because he didn't have time to mess with it. He told me to come back the next day then started yelling at me when I said I wanted to pick it up that day as I was already wasting vacation time. Needless to say it was not fixed and not winterized and it has been below freezing may times since it has been in his possession. VERY unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. I would NEVER recommend Jeff to anyone.
