I just wanted to express to anyone reading this that Bryan Jewelry is the most unprofessional and discourteous business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently took in my ring to have it appraised, and they held it for 10 days on order to have it appraised and re-sized with another ring to be re-sized. They called us 10 days later telling us that we could come pick up our rings. When we came in, they apologized for not completing the appraisal with the explanation, "We forgot." They did not even offer to prioritize it for me after having forgotten. So their words of sincerity were as empty as their lack of reliability. I will never go there again, and I will warn all my many friends about ever doing business with them.
