I moved to the the St. Charles County area and called several companies requesting pricing for trash and recycling services. I was pleased that an individual really answered the phone and was able to talk to me. Not only did the person give me pricing information but most important I was treated like a special customer before I even signed up with them. The pricing was great and there were no hidden charges. I have been with "etc" for several years now and they treat me like I am part of their family. I have called with special requests and they always attempt to find ways to help me out when I need it. It is obvious that they are family owned and they are number 1 in my book!
