worst purchase ever I bought this radiator cooling fan back in May. It was an exact fit for my 2008 jeep commander. The cooling fan just stopped working so I contacted 1AAuto and they said they will send a replacement part since ours was under warranty. They said there would be a shipping label to return the old part and I have 60 days to do so. I didn't get shipping label for it in the box. I called back and they wanted me to pay for shipping and I was appalled. I asked to speak with her manager and she didn't get me one, instead she said as a one time courtesy we will pay for shipping for the return you'll receive it in the email. I looked in email and didn't find anything. I received a call the next day and I was at work so it went to voicemail. He said they are refunding me and I can keep the new part and old part. Discard it. So basically they aren't going to investigate why the old part failed so quickly? Said I still have a lifetime warranty then if my part goes out again in the future you will send another part and give shipping label and I'll send back old part. So, the customer service here was terrible. Wrongful communication. What they did was wrong. I am contacting in writing the Better Business Bureau. Never will I purchase again with this company.
