I have been a customer of Marta's for about 7 yrs.... I had the WORST experience this past week. I had taken 3 of my dress pants in about 3 months ago to be hemmed up. I got them back and they were about an inch TOO high!! They looked ridiculous! Last week, I finally took them in to be taken down about an 1/2 inch to an inch. Ruby- (Tall redded goofy looking lady) told me that she would only charge me 1/2 the price because they had originally done the work. I said GREAT and thank you very much... So, I go and pick up the pants yesterday and lovely MARTA, liar and theif, proceeded to charge me FULL price, stating that THEY never originally worked on my pants.. I told her that they are the only tailors that I ever go to and they are the ones that did in deed originally hem up my pants. She continued to talk loud and didnt care if she lost my business. Not to mention another girl was in there being fitted.. how rude of her!! She is a german b**** and can ROT IN HELL!!!! NEVER EVER go to this place!!!! What they will do is hem your pants ,about an inch higher, so you have to come back and have them UN HEM them and then they will turn around and say they never did the original hem and charge you full price!! Thank god for FACEBOOK.. word of mouth is HUGE DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!!
