I was very aprehensive about having this study. Especially since I have anxiety about this type of thing. I've had two failed studies before. This time, the people were very helpful and assuring. Very professional, good atmosphere. Definitely knew what they were doing. Turns out I slept fine, and ended up needing the CPAP. Now I know what I was missing ... SLEEP! The CPAP really made all the difference. I never knew how bad I was sleeping before.
