Mary Villafane live at 98 Maple Ave,Apt.2A. I will start from the beginning. I asked for a transfer,wrote a letter in March 2013, stating that i will not be renewing my lease but i would consider a transfer. I was approved for a transfer to 75 Rider Ave,filled out papers with Lisa for the N4 apt. Tenant never moved, so then i was shown an apt at terry apt no.519 so filled out papers was suppose to move in on May 1st. Very good! hire a moving truck for the move the June 1st move. Here it is July 9th no move! I now am told that there is a 250 dollar fee. I first want to say that i am on S.S.I. I was never told that there would be a fee, I would like to know why?, been trying to move into the apt. since May! I did ask that since no one "Lisa" told me about the fee would it be possible for me to with that balance...was told no by LiLa? at the East wings?I believe that is very unfair for your company to mislead me. now I don't want to take any chances with my security. So I want to let you no that i am willing to stick it out another year,but i will not be renewing my lease in May of 2014. I will be looking at my convenience for new housing. Meanwhile I will be sending another letter stating this to you at your address.
