Manta; posted 05/10/2013: I just had a bad experience with a business. I can't believe that they would rather risk a bad reputation and possible loss of future business from me, my family and friends than to make it right. I ended up posting my experience with Aerie's Riverview Winery & Lodgings on FB and other sites because I was so frustrated with the service and their refusal to refund the full cost of the units. We paid $330 for one night but ended up staying less than 2.5 hours because of numerous things that were broken, missing and wrong. We weren't upset. We just thought they weren't prepared for guests yet. But when the front desk absolutely refused to refund our money and intimated that we were the problem (as if we broke the tv or disconnected the cable or didn't like our rooms at 50 degrees among other things). I'm not in the hospitality business but I'm a good customer and believe my expectations were not unreasonable. AERIES RIVERVIEW WINERY & LODGING
