We first hired Modern Remodeling, following a huge hail storm, for replacement of our roof, siding and window wraps. Not only was their work and work ethics impeccable, but the owner is very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance claims. It was a no-brainer to hire Modern Remodeling again when we found rotted wood on the eave of our house, that required carpentry, roofing and gutter skills. Again, their work exceeded our expectations. Should we have any future need for home improvement, our only call will be to Modern Remodeling.

I've had far more negative experiences with contractors than good, so when it came around to choosing someone to help with my project, I was very nervous. I’m really happy I made the decision to go with Modern Remodeling, who was recommended to me by a close friend. Specifically, I have been dealing with Jonathan Ballard who has been extremely helpful, honest, open, and communicative throughout the entire process. My home was hit with hail which resulted in the siding and roofing needing to be replaced. Jonathan came out, inspected the area, helped me understand what was entailed with the work, and also helped out with framing out my carport to convert it into a garage. Not only was Jonathan knowledgeable, but he was honest about what would be best for our home. Originally, I wanted to go with Hardie Board to obtain a specific look. While it was possible, Jonathan really felt that the work required to do it properly would be more than what I should spend on the total project. He convinced me to go with vinyl siding, which would be less maintenance and still keep the look I was going for. His crews for the roofing, siding, framing, and finishing were all extremely professional, prompt, and answered all my questions while they were working on the house.
