I rented from JGC properties for approximately 6 months. I'd intended to lease longer, but due to a change in my work situation, I had to move rather suddenly. Greg, the manager, was very understanding, even refunded me the half months rent after I'd vacated the apartment. Generally helpful and friendly service, I recied my entire deposits back, less carpet cleaning, really a pretty good rental experiance. My only complaint is that service requests can take a long time to get addressed.

Greg, the manager, was very understanding, even refunded me the half months rent after I'd vacated the apartment.
