I am only a person unaccustomed to "The System" and how an innocent person may be convicted of a crime. However, if you are not a person that has been arrested or know of anyone that has been arrested; you must seek someone like Bobby Guttridge who is trained and experienced in how this works. Even if you believe in justice and know right from wrong, the system does not consistently recognize or consider this. It is incredible what happens to someone within the system without a clear idea of how an incorrect judgment or the wrong advice can hurt an educated professional. Especially if have not been inside such a system. DO NOT be so arrogant in thinking just because you may be innocent that an overloaded system will recognize your situation. This is why we need more attorneys like Mr. Guttridge.
