My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on Saturday 21 July, 2012. The restaurant was quite busy with a 20 minute wait, no problem and totally expected, after being seated and the wrapped dinnerware was placed on the table I moved mine so I could read the dinner menu, I looked at the dinner ware again and found long black hair wrapped up in with it ( mine is gray and short, the wife's hair is Blond and 4 to 6 inches long, when our waitress arrived to take our order I let her know that we needed fresh dinnerware, she got the manager, when he got there I explained what happened and what I did. He basically made a joke about it and said he would take care of it. I did not expect any sort of reduction on our dinner bill and did not get any either.. Most places would have at least offered one. Happy with the dining experience, No, as the wife had the 9.99 steak, dinner salad with water, I had the 15.99 Fish combo platter and Raspberry tea, no desert for either one of us. total bill was $ 38.97 I gave a $5.00 tip to the waitress for the service total $43.97... Will I recommend Uno's to my friends and associates, NO. Will we eat at Uno's or Chicago Pizza again after this experience , NO ......

My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on Saturday 21 July, 2012.
