Wesly Berry as well as their other websites partically flowerdeliveryexpress.com are the most corrupt place you can order flowers for any reason. This all started the Wed before Memorial day 2014 when I ordered flowers to be delivered by Saturday. They didn't arrive. After questioning them they were delivered the following Thursday, 8 days after same day delivery was paid for. They issued a credit for $51.27. Every time I enter their promotion code it takes me into an I-net loop which wants me to go for there rebate and immediatley the costs go up $50. I have made 14 phone calls and kate #1297 was the only person that didn't transfer me and she said there was nothing she could do, the only way to clain my credit was through the I-net which didn't work. Obviously this comapny is very good at cheating their I-net customers, in my opinion. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF BEING DISAPPOINTED OR HAVING THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE DISAPPOINTED TOO. USE ANY COMPANY BUT THIS ONE. lAWSUIT PENDING. iF YOU HAVE SIMILAR SITUATIONS CONTACT ME TWBNOVA@GMAIL,COM FOR A POSSIBLE CLASS ACTION FILING.

This is the worst flower company!! Not only did they take 4 days to fill an order but they sent was what they called an upgraded arrangement of a dozen multicolored wilted roses accompanied by a glass case delivered by UPS ..I was astonished I had to order another bouquet from a local florist and they sent a beautiful arrangement. According to Westly Berry the location I sent the flowers to Southport NC did not have any suitable flowers to make my arrangement. It took 12 phone calls and me getting angry to get my money back..just a nightmare

Bought an expensive bouquet for my girlfriend for valentines- ordered 4 days before they day and they never shower up. They say the only way to contact is through email- can't even talk to a real person! And now they won't even reply to my email. So now I am out the money and she never got the flowers. What an awful business. Please NEVER order from Wesley berry flowers.
