This is NO recommendation. Copps on the Northeast side (Shopko Dr.) has been on a steady decline for a long time. It has now hit an all-time low! I have made 3 complaints directly to the store manager about not being able to read my receipts because they need to ink up their printers. This is a necessity to me, and obviously it has been ignored. Up til last week the salad bar and bulk items (nuts) areas habe been a mess. Looks like they have finally allowed someone at least a few minutes to clean it up. We used to enjoy the Trout Dip but they couldn't seem to get it (until we drove up to Sun Prairie to purchase it there.) When they did finally carry it again it was runny and messy...like it had gotten warm and then re-refrigerated. The loud-mouth woman that used to be in the deli, is now back, bagging groceries and just as obnoxious as ever! Just recently they were out of cracked pepper crackers, prunes, tomato soup in a bowl, in addition to several more items on my husbands list. We are through. We will drive the extra 10 miles to Sun Prairie!! PS Diane in the liquo department should transfer out. She deserves better!
