My first time at this car wash & my last. Staff very very rude. When I was asked if I wanted to spend another $1 for undercarriage, I said no. He said "you like rust?". I thought he was joking, and I laughed and said Yeah. He said, "I hope you like it when your feet fall through the floor". I will never return to that car wash even though I travel the area several times a week visiting family in Rochester. Nor will I recommend this location to anyone. Liz L
