I am a retailer who deal with a sales manager name Cheryl, who believe to be in the owner’s family. She asked for all kind of information, but and then never reply to phone call or emails. When ever our team reach out to her office, she would give all kind of excuse to delay all the response, with fake promises. I asked for an estimate and it takes 3 request and a month, still not process. Alright, maybe you only pay attention to large retailer, maybe you don’t respect your customer. For whatever reason, I do not recommend this vendor as not worth your time.
