Actually, this company has serviced our address for years and current oil price at $3.489 while others are $3.259, $3.289 and we were looking at MaineOil.Com for prices and he wanted me to believe that he was not seeing the same price listing as I was as I suspect so that he can charge a higher rate. I asked the owner if he price match with other oil companies and he said "yes" then gave a quote then quickly reneged by hanging up the phone. I called him back immediately thereafter and got a voice machine. This company may be good at what they do but it is a small proprietorship that does not value its customers and it is obvious that it is all about the money. Good customer service is foreign to this company. Needless to say, he lost 10 years worth of business from us. He's a millionaire and oil is a racket in Maine. He doesn't need our business. I will push for updated energy technologies such as natural gas and renewable energy. It is time that New Englanders stop pilfering the environment with pollution, anyway, and get out of this "horse and buggy mentality and update its housing, buildings and streets.
