RE: AX Now based in Oak Park, MI
I have owned Mr. Handyman of Louisville for almost 15 years and approximately 50% of my business is commercial work. The majority is with NSPs. We explain up front that our minimum is $152 and that is not meant to be a quote. Working for free is not one of our options. AX now seems to think it is an option. On April 6, 2019 Mr Handyman did a small job for a retail customer of AX now. The total invoice was $216. We have numerous notes showing the names of employees at AX approving the amount, notes asking for updated coi, notes showing checks will be mailed out and nothing happens.
After discussing the lien on the property we worked at, we discovered that the retail customer had already paid AX now. It also became apparent to the retail customer that AX now has done some other shifty things and so they have cut ties with AX now. I would suggest anyone reading this to do the same thing. Mr. Handyman has exhausted all attempts to receiving payment for work performed. We even offered an option to AX now for them to send a charitable payment to Mom’s Closet (Sparc) which helps single working mom. Mr. Handyman would write the entire amount off, but Randy would not do that either.

I manage a McDonald's in Defiance, Ohio. We run into problems with our plumbing all too often and Ax Now always seems to be able to get in and get things fixed right away. Our only problem now is that our customers keep breaking stuff. Ax Now always have low prices and are very kind people. Professionalism is top notch there and I would recommend them to any restaurant or retail chain that encounters small problems with plumbing, electricity, and other things.

Facilities manager for a small branch of stores here in the mitten. Ax Now is the kind of company you don't see much of now-a-days in this business. They're much more professional and responsive than most other companies of this nature. Very respectful staff and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Our retail chain has gone through countless facility maintenance companies. A few were okay, but all of them were quite faulty in one way or another. Now I'm not saying Ax Now is perfect, but they seem to be on another level compared to some others that I have experienced. They are fair with prices, extremely kind people, and above all, they are fast. Overall, rewarding on both sides.
