We;ll if you want to know my honest opinion. The serivice is lousy, didn't really know what I paid for and finally got some emails from a Mr. Berg when I called the BBB. He's a very harsh and mean person. I've never dealt with someone like him. For the price of just about $800.00 he should give a written contract for myself and also him to sign. Other comapnies do this. That's alot of money for the average consumer. Also the mulch that was put down,, some of it has already washed away just since April 2012..and of course no one even said anything about at least coming out and looking at it. Yes, I was told the mulch was 'water resistant' and it wouldn't disappear as quickly as others. I've put better mulch down myself. I will never recommend this co to anyone.My phone call wasn't returned and the only reason I got some emails from Mr. Berg is when he found out I talked with the BBB. This is my honest opinion and I'm entitled to it. He told me not to email him again or he'd consider it harassment,,,but yet none of his email were polite to me. I was very shocked by his attitude. No, I didn't have a good experience with this business.
