I needed a specific piece of luggage at a good price for a trip I was taking in a few days. They were able to get it and phoned me to reassure that they would get it and once it came in they phoned to say that I could stop by for it. I returned from the trip and a side minor zipper snagged and I took the bag to them. They repaired it on the spot within 5 minutes (no charge). Let see one of the large department stores or luggage chains do this. I am certain that this would not happen with them. Hurray for the small retailer!! We need to keep them alive and healthy. Great service I highly recommend them.
