They are money hungry and they are trying to sue me for over 6k when i already move out of the building. I gave them noticed that i was moving and they respond to my letter and they say i should move out by December. 31,020 which i did. The building is dirty with urine and feces and the super harassing me .These people should not be in business and the building have rat farm around building full of rats. The floors are not insulated and people make noise 24.7. Togs live in their building in Irvington. The super towed my car with out notice and he harassed me on threatened me. They constantly knocking. They don't tell the tenants in advance if they have to inspect are do work in the apartment. When the exterminator is coming. I give them notice by mail and move out. I was sick of the knocking on my door all the time. You don't get no respect from them.
