NorthStar Orthodontics is a dental laboratoy providing orthodontic appliances to over 1200 professionals across the United States. Since its beginning in 1975, NorthStar has grown from a 1-man dental lab to a thriving business with 100+ employees. This dental lab specializing in orthodontics provides both fixed and removable dental applianes for approximately 150,000 patients each year. The products that are manufactured cover the following categories: retention, arch development, space maintenance, functional therapy, safety and health. Molds are provided by the dental office and typically follow the manufacturing steps of plaster work, wire bending, acrylic application, cutting, and finishing. Technicians are trained on-site. Our staff is our most valuable resource. NorthStar places a strong emphasis on community service and is involved in time and resources to several service agencies.
