I am a well educated medical professional and I have been exposed to Cynthia Cook. I find her to be prejudiced against minorities. I find it reprehensible to have such a position and have negative views on patients/students based off of their race. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone, especially children for fear that they may be unfairly diagnosed/assessed based off of their skin color/ethnicity!!! I think it is time for Ms. Cook to retire as she may be too old and too biased for her position, especially considering the way America (and Maryland) are changing.

I recommend anyone considering this unprofessional MSW LCSW to go to A DIFFERENT, qualified Social Worker. Cynthia is the exact opposite of what I expect any social worker to be. I think she should have retired (or been fired) a decade ago!!! Save yourself some money and find a better MSW LCSW...
