Im very sorry to say i thought i had a gd company to do a thoural job nut it seems like the rush there employees around and domt pay attection to detail and there is dedintly too many cheifs and a not enoungh indians . i like the company but theyneed to focus on thoural ness not to see how quick u can get done with none job and rush to the next i understand they have other jobs maybe they should hv one guy that trains people that way should be done because haveing ten guys tell u ten different ways is non dense but its the truth. i was always there willing to learn ntheir way and other people not even there for a week telling someone how to do it is non sense also .And instead of telling an employee they arfe let go pat just says oh people have to go behind and i have nothing but gd compliments all week and some properties i have never been at i ask what needs to be done i know oviously everything but where you start to finish not race around there needs to be more organization to the company not saying the company is bad but i am also expressing my feeling which i have evry right to and i even worked hard ive also told every foreman or chief or indians to tell me if i was doing something wrong u never allowed me enough time to learn routs and way each crew worked alls i felt after today alls u guys did is looked down at me like i was a ginny pig which was not properly shown and worked with when i worked with scotty i had it down and alls he said is speed would come in time
