Burned once…shame on me! Leonardo’s had 9 trees to cut, the first two trees that crew cut were the wrong trees. The next 7 were right BUT they left 2 trees standing that were on the list to cut. Owner Paul apologized and offered to make it right, but he needed to pay the crew so I paid him and he promised to come back later and take down the last two standing trees. I should never have paid him until ALL of the work was done. Paul took the money and ran. I called and called and left a lot of messages with his call service. I left messages every week for over a year and never got a single call back. I just bought acreage with a lot of trees to remove, but I guarantee you that I will NEVER call Leonardo Tree service again or any other tree service that Paul owns! . Burned once…NEVER AGAIN!
