We set up an EFT with this business and have had nothing but problems with their access to our banking account. At first they failed to set up the necessary withdrawals, and then when we brought that to their attention they started making weekly withdrawals at a monthly rate until they were a month ahead of schedule. When that was brought to their attention, they started making bimonthly withdrawals at a bimonthly rate. So again we had to ask them to correct the manner of payment. Now they are collecting payment 3 weeks in advance of the due date and refuse to acknowledge that they are collecting in advance, and since we have given notice of vacating have made an unauthorized withdrawal from our account. Communication with this business is difficult as they do not return phone calls or have open communications about correcting the problems.
