Unfortunately this is another fly by night unprofessional business that is unable to meet there own explicit contracts. They should not be trusted to handle your needs. After submitting a bid for a job and being awarded the project and given a start date, Rick failed to communicate his intent to not do the project he accepted himself. Worth thinking about - how will they will handle your project, if a 50k job ins't enough to warranty a common courtesy call from them for over a month?! Unprofessional to the MAX
