Call up for service, they came out for my stove. After about 2 mins, the tech said it was the igniter and they had the part on his truck. But told me it would take about 15 mins to install but it would cost 289.00 !! After he installed the part, we looked up the part, the part cost $50. Called up the manager to explain that we felt a labor charge of over $300/hr for labor was excessive, and the owner said she could charge that because " it's free enterprise". Don't use this company, there only out to screw you!
