John and hus team are very professional. They do not judge a person based solely on the numbers they pull. They will work each prospective tenant case by case. I have lived in more than obe of their properties. I was always very pleased with them. They saw to any maintenance promptly and was very accommodating when I had to move and gave me options when I thought I had none.
