In 2008 I purchase a brand new Woodland Park Timber Ridge model 3985-24. While cleaning the roof this past weekend , I almost fell through the roof. The trailer developed a slow roof leak in the front right hand corner. All of the roof sheathing was water logged and fell apart in my hand. I also had to replace several of the ceiling joists that were rotted away.
Is this the quality product that I paid over $40,000 for ? A 5 year old trailer hat was maintained in accordance with ALL of the manufactures recommendations?
I am know in the process of contacting the executives at Woodland Park to see if they are going to compensate me for all of my time repairing THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
