I would love to have a conversation with Dan about the very disappointing experience I had with the woman answering their phones today. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional... And when I asked to speak to her manager she told me she was the owner. Her name was either Kayla or Taylor ... I couldn't quite catch it.
All I asked for was communication. But, according to her, I was rude for calling.
Meanwhile, I waited 90 minutes for a truck that was supposed to arrive in 60. And at that point, when I heard from the driver, he was still 90 minutes away. It was too much trouble for Kayla/Taylor to find out that information ... And I was rude for asking ... So I cancelled my tow.
