Our congregation represent a variety of religious backgrounds as well as the agnostic and the seeker. We gather for worship that is Biblical, relevant Pilgrim is a member of the United Church of Christ, the oldest and largest protestant denomination in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The United Church of Christ is a church in process. We are committed to ecumenical dialogue and to the belief that God's revelation is ongoing. It is the responsibility of the church in each generation to make faith its own. In our worship, we bring every thing we are to God. We acknowledge that life contains both celebration and sadness; we are sometimes givers and sometimes receivers; we come with different needs and a variety of life situations. The atmosphere, language, and attitude is inclusive and welcoming.
