Not a recommendation... Wow... I just had my first experience with this company. We ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot along with full installation, which was left to Dupar Incorporated to make my Christmas satisfactory. They brought it in and kept saying things like "want us to put it under the tree?" We were confused and said, no, please put it in the kitchen. Then they went on to say they aren't the ones that install it for us, they simply deliver it to our house. We were very confused... They said we need to call Home Depot to sort it out and they don't know who would install it for us, then they left. Guy's name was Rudy by the way... So we call Home Depot and they said that those guys WERE supposed to install it, and their excuse to Home Depot (over the phone) was that we'd need an electrician, a plumber, and lots of time to install the dishwasher. WOW! Are you kidding? If this was true, why couldn't they explain that to us instead of lying to our faces and ignoring their job. I gotta say, there's scum on this planet, and that proved even more so today. Thanks for nothing Dupar Inc. (needless to say we got a refund on the installation)

After a few attempts and finally talking to a manager I was able to get them work with me and my busy schedule

I had a very bad experience with this company. The delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. He would not give me his name when I asked for it. I will be reporting this to Home Depot. I expect more professionalism from the delivery company when I spend $1500.00 on appliances.

Dupar sucks!! I have had several deliveries from this Company for various appliances (purchased from Home Depot) and each and every time these guys say "We can't do that" Dupar has dome this with delivery of my Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove and now with the delivery of a washer and dryer. I just threw your Company under the bus w/ John Hutt from Home Depot and can not wait for HD Corporate to open on Monday. I foresee you losing a ton of business that is being spoon feed to you to begin with.
