The management is very nice, but there is one flaw in their procedure. They nominate tenants to be a part of committees that interact with the board of directors. So if a tenant has a grudge against you for one reason or another, they can take all of your personal information and throw it away claiming that it was never given to the office, you then get slapped with attorney charges, and many threats, even though you have turned in the information they have requested numerous times!
