Ocularist is wonderful, unfortunately office manager is incompetent and incredibly lazy. Refuses to do her job and rather just push everything off on patient. Billing is a joke and her ignorance can't grasp the concept that there is a difference between VA hospital and VA issued insurance. Refuses to even research because the VA hospital doesn't want to hear from her. Yet the insurance has absolutely nothing to do with any VA hospital.
