James McLynn
Cookie at Leverocks towing towed my 1961 Mercury convertible classic car. When he let it down, he pushed it back into the parking spot using the rear edge of the flatbed tow truck!! He smashed all six of the rare taillights, damaged the bumper heavily and smashed two irreplaceable moldings worth hundreds!! He left no note, didn't call me to tell me what happened and when I called him he complained about towing "old cars". He then admitted he smashed the rear of the car and agreed to pay for the damage and told me to get the numbers together. I pulled information from the internet of what these specific parts were selling for and dropped them off at his tow yard. I called he next day and he had refused to even look at the paperwork I had dropped off. He then told me to F**ck off and he was not paying anything. He also refused to provide the name of his insurance carrier. He told me I could talk to his lawyer, then he refused to give me the name of his lawyer and he hung up on me. I have over $1,400 in damage to my car and he cusses ME out! Stay away... FAR away from this company.
