When the washing machine didn’t drain, my husband tried to fix it and couldn’t. We had a major company come out who had a main sewer line special going for $99.00. He only did what was needed to use his camera 30 feet which was the length of that line. From this investigation he said we had a break in the ceramic tiles about 33 feet out. He could’t see it but recommended that we put in a new line to the street for $7500. He didn’t charge me for the call, thankfully, since he didn’t try to open the drain.
AA DRAIN MEDIC, JOHN MARCONETTE came out the next day and cleaned the drain pretty easily to 110 feet where he hit the blockage. He got through that and went 125 feet in total, basically to the main line in the street to insure drainage.
We had no where to go during this self quarantine, our daughter is high risk and could not take us in. John M. has performed a great rescue and did not try to take advantage of our obvious desperation.
CALL JOHN FOR AN HONEST ESTIMATE AND EFFECTIVE PLUMBING. HE WAS HERE 2 HOURS and didn't tear up our yard or charge us $7500!!!
