My husband and I were recently in Ft Lauderdale from Canada. Upon arrival discovered the water chamber for my husband's CPAP macine had broken in transit. My husband was very upset as we were leaving on a 10 day cruise. Rick was very helpful in helping us get the necesary part and having it overnight shipped so that we had it in time.
