RECOMMENDATION to NOT USE Cornerstone Heating and Air, Acworth, GA - 770-974-5110. I wanted to use a local mom and pop shop as I THOUGHT they would do an honest job and stand behind their work – THAT’S NOT THE CASE. I've been trying to get my HVAC unit fixed for over a year now and when I eventually called another company it was fixed right away. Here are the problems they couldn't fix after many attempts over a year... 1) properly wire a zone board, 2) problem solve to determine why the 1st floor was not getting heat or AC, needed to replace the damper and panel was wired wrong. Other issues they caused when replacing my AC unit 1.5 years ago… 1) leaking freon from the main unit in the attic to outdoor connecting hose, improperly soldered, 2) failed to properly insulate the hose to the outside, caused condensation to drip on the 2nd floor ceiling, I now have stains on the ceiling, 3) properly seal around unit box to prevent leaks. When I called them back to let them know of their errors I was told "I've been in business 25 years and if I was doing things wrong how am i still in business". They then said they would not do ANYTHING to help make the situation right and HUNG UP the phone. Cornerstone Heating and Air, Acworth, GA - 770-974-5110 needs to educate themselves on zone units and how to treat customers. Once again, DO NOT USE Cornerstone Heating and Air, Acworth, GA - 770-974-5110 or prepare to pay double to have someone fix their problems.

Yes this is John Morrison cartersville ga cornerstone may be the best heating and cooling company residential that I have ever seen they show up on time they are honest Christian people the service is great and the price is more than fair they have never had a complaint against them in 15 years maybe the gentlan that posted before me has alot more problems then his heating and cooling maybe his meds ran out cornerstone is the one company I have used and will continue to use they are simply the best.
