I was extremely impressed by the owner’s knowledge and willingness to help. In early 2020 one of the fans in my home began to run slowly. My internet research pointed toward causes that were beyond my abilities. Fortunately, I was referred to Don Jackson, the owner of Flawless Fans. I called, left a message and he called a few hours later. Wow! After asking all the right questions and setting up a service call he said something that surprised me.: “Now, I may be losing business, but is there any way the chain on the fan could have been pulled?” Given its location and height I thought and said “no”. He asked me to pull the chain twice (after explaining how the chain operates differently on Casablanca fans than all others) and see if that solved the problem and to let him know. When I got home I got an eight foot ladder and used a grabber (the fan is centered over a table) to pull the chain twice. I tested all three speeds on the wall switch- TA DA! Problem solved. Don lost a service call but made me a fan (pun intended). I’ll be happy to recommend him to others in need of fan service. PS: I still haven’t figured out who, when or why the chain got fiddled with in the first place. I mean, I needed an eight foot ladder and a grabber!

Highly recommended. Came on time and spent a lot of time keeping my 30 year old fan in service. Very knowledgeable, dependable, and stuck to his estimate even though the service went overtime.

Besides being personable and honest, Don is a "git'er done" type of guy. He had, in stock, a part for my fan that I had been told elsewhere ( several elsewheres ) could not be had. I did find it online before knowing about Don and when I found him, was shocked that he had the part at a quarter of the online price! Anytime I need anything fan related, I'm going to Flawless Fans.

I had a great experience from an extremely knowledgeable ceiling fan expert. My Hunter ceiling fan quit working and Hunter was no help! After several attempts to fix it myself unsuccessfully, I found Flawless Fans through another satisfied customer of many years. I was able to deliver my fan to him to save me extra money for a house call (but he will come to your home as well if needed) and eventually found out that my fan motor had burned out. He called me immediately, same day, to give me the news and was kind enough to waive the service fee!! Really, in South Florida!! It was nice to find an honest, fair business person whom I trusted. I would recommend Don Jackson to anyone who has any type of ceiling fan issues. A former Firefighter and Veteran of the US Military who I was lucky enough to find to help me out. You won't be disappointed!!

I had a problem with my ceiling fan/light. It had been working fine until we flicked the light switch on and off a couple of times. After that, when I turned the light on, it stayed on for a fraction of a second, and then went off. I called the manufacturer who told me I needed a new part and gave me the part number, and estimated cost, and the names of two distributors in the area who might be able to sell it to me. Neither of the distributors had the part, but one of the two gave me the name and phone number of Donald Jackson who owns Flawless Fans. I called Don to see if he had the part. Don told me what the part does, and why it is in the fan/light. He said it was unnecessary, and could be removed. He patiently went through the process to do this with me on the phone. It would have been easy for him to offer to sell me the part, or put it in for me. Instead, his focus was on helping me with my problem. Using the information I had from him, I made an adjustment by making a minor reduction to the wattage of the bulbs in the fan, and now it is working fine. I know what to do if the problem recurs, now. Don did all of this at no charge to me. My impression of him is that he is an honest man. He has earned my trust. And of course he is also very knowledgable. So, thank you again, Don. My pleasure to offer you this recommendation.
