Temp-A-Tron has always been honest and easy to work with. I have been using them for years and enjoy having a local, family run business that I can call on whenever I need help.

Temp A Tron is probably ok when they need to replace a component such as a heat pump or air handler. If you are the type of person who is not handy be ware. I called them to check out why my heat pump was not cooling. They sent two guys out they filled the unit with freon and charged me $200 dollars and left. That did not solve the problem. They came back and cheked for a leak and found the A coil was leaking charged me another $80. They replaced the $250 A coi.Mike the service manager talked me into letting them install the A coile by telling me they would offer a warranty. What a sham. They came out installed the A coil and realized that after they installed it the system still was not working correctly. The splt was around 11degrees and should be up around 20deg. Also the liquid side pressure was arround 200 psi and should be 300psi. Mike immediately blamed the compressor and they left after charging me $900. I ended up buying a replacement heatpump online for $1300. When it was installed by a frend of mine it still did not work. I went into the attick to look at the A coil and the cover on the unit was bulging out. I removed the cover to discover that the A coil was not properly in place. I could not repair it without removing the pipes. Real sloppy work. I ended up calling a guy who came well recomende. He spent 6 hours properly installed the A coil and found a piston in the A coil was in backwards. There was nothing wrong with the original compressor. Dont be fooled.
