My family and I have been patrons of Graham Creek for 14 years and as of today that relationship has ended! Why you ask? Well I'll tell ya why! So I called 4/10 days ago and placed a smaller than usual order for 10 bales of straw. The lady in her usual rude demeanor tells me that they will TRY to get the straw delivered to our farm the following day. I say ok that's not a problem and then thanked her. The following day I called to just check in to see if she knew an ETA in my order and to tell them that they can just drop it at our horse barn (it's more convenient for the person delivering it to drop it here) and in her normal crude demeanor says ok and just hangs up. Come the next day my straw has yet to be delivered so I call and the crude lady tells me that my state is sitting in front of their building and that I can come get it myself cause they have more important things to attend to! In shock I told her that she was the rudest most unprofessional butch that I had ever came across and that she could shove that straw up her rear! So my advice don't go here for ANYTHING unless you want to be made feel like you'rean inconvenience!
