If you hire him keep in mind: Needs to be more professional. Needs to communicate better with clients. Needs to respond to clients' calls and emails in a timely manner. If unable to show up to do work when stated and cannot then he needs to let the client know. Needs to make sure that all invoices are correct and that labor costs are separate from material, especially when the client keeps asking for this to be done (then the client will not become suspicious wondering just what they are paying for). Needs to separate out material costs on invoices. Needs to remember that the customer is always right. Needs to remember that clients do not wish to hear a lot of excuses as to why a job has not been done.
