Was the developer of our neighborhoods new construction phase. Did a very poor job on the stormwater swales that require annual inspection by the city of Raleigh. They did such a poor job that the engineer in our community warned them immediately that the device would fail soon after initial building phase inspections. Marlowe ignored it and did the absolutely bare minimum to pass the inspection knowing the device would fail. We reached out to this builder after the area showed signs of washout and failure. Only 2 years post construction, the homeowners (HOA) in our community have been stuck paying thousands of dollars to correctly reconstruct this stormwater device. I would not recommend them to anyone based on the lack of workmanship and integrity. As an aside-after short investigation into this company I found other legal litigations involving them and the failure of other stormwater devices installed in at least one other community.
