Precise Auto Sound (I don't think so). I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star for these guys. Long story short they were to link the DVD head (in dash) to the rear headrest DVD players via RCA jack to provide the option to watch movie in front/rear simultaneously. When I got car back I noticed the following issues: 1) the audio signal for all three DVD players will not play at proper audio levels. It begins to play DVD's at such a low volume that it's barely audible. You must toy with all the audio controls in hope that it will play. (Be sure the volume level is turned down or risk damage to speakers.) When It does eventually play it will do so as long as you do not change DVDs or have to turn off the car. In that event the fiasco begins again. FYI: These audio issues only occur with the DVD signal not the CD's which use the same decoder, however only DVD video, not audio goes to rear players. 2) The check engine light began to come on that same evening after their work. 3) Another issue, while the rear players play independently with no audio issues. However, the head unit (front) Will Not, now it always has audio problem when a DVD is played. Logical thought process check the connections. The solution Precise Auto Sound chose was to just push buttons until it kicked in. Took car back to them twice as well as three phone calls. All to no avail. They are aware of all issues however feel they have done a sucessful job.
