I contacted this company for a "second opinion" and cost estimate. My chimney cap had begun leaking and I needed a new one. The price I was quoted was lower than I expected. I called to accept the offer and a day later a gentleman came to climb on the roof and measure for a replacement. This was a Friday morning and I was told the replacement would likely be installed the following Monday--which was fine with me. The individual on site said he was going back to the shop to start making the cap. MUCH to my surprise he arrived back that afternoon to do the install. Dealing with these folks has been a very good experience. Fair prices, quick service--just what a homeowner wants.
